Ask for help at any point — from first setup to failure and recovery testing:
What to include in a support request
Context
For Jira: site name and monitor name. For n8n beta: integration/workflow name only if it contains no secret. Say whether the issue is setup, connection, verification, incident, notification or recovery related.
Timing
Approximate date/time and timezone of the run or error so the relevant event can be identified.
Safe evidence
Visible error text or a screenshot with secrets removed.
Never send: passwords, Atlassian tokens, protected heartbeat URLs, n8n temporary setup tokens, Resultary API keys, destination-read credentials, Slack webhook URLs, Teams webhook URLs or other credentials.
Support level
Support is provided on a best-effort basis unless a separate written service agreement applies. No 24/7 response-time, uptime or recovery SLA is implied by the public support channel.
