Refund Policy
Effective date: 7 October 2026
1. n8n subscription trial
Resultary for n8n includes a 15-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. No subscription fee is due during the trial period. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial ends.
2. Recurring charges
After the free trial, the current n8n subscription renews at US$29 per month unless canceled before renewal. Taxes, currency conversion and localized amounts may vary by location. The amount and terms shown in the Paddle checkout control the transaction if they differ from marketing copy.
3. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge already processed.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@getresultary.com promptly with the email address used at checkout and the transaction date. Refund requests are reviewed individually, including duplicate charges, technical billing errors and situations where applicable consumer law requires a refund.
4. Paddle
Paddle acts as merchant of record for the n8n subscription and processes checkout and payment information. Refunds, where approved, may be processed through Paddle and may be subject to Paddle's payment-processing timelines.
5. Jira purchases
Purchases, trials, billing and refunds for Resultary for Jira are governed by the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms and billing policies.
